Do I need a gym to follow the program?

No! We design your training based on what you have access to. You’ll have the option for home or gym workouts, both delivered through our TA coaching app with demo videos and progress tracking.

What’s included in the coaching package?

How often do I check in with my coach?

You’ll check in every week via our app Tom & Aston will review your progress, makes adjustments, and records a personalised feedback so you always know exactly what to focus on next.

Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?

No strict diets here! Your nutrition plan is flexible and built around the Fuel Your Performance (F-Y-P) method. You’ll learn how to eat for your goals, enjoy food freedom, and still see consistent results.

How long are the coaching programs?

Most clients start with a 12- or 16-week plan, but many stay longer once they see results. You can continue with us for as long as you’d like every phase is progressive and evolves as your goals do.

Will I get support if I struggle or fall off track?

Absolutely. Accountability is at the core of TA Coaching. We’re here to help you bounce back fast whether that’s through weekly feedback, WhatsApp support, or guidance on how to adjust when life gets busy.

Do you coach beginners?

Yes! Our program is for all experience levels from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Every plan starts at your current ability and builds from there.

Can I join from outside the UK?

Yes TA Coaching is fully online and we work with clients worldwide. We already have transformations from the UK, Dubai, and Thailand to name a few.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you join, you’ll complete your onboarding form and upload your photos and stats. Within 3–5 days, your personalised plan is built and uploaded to your TA Coaching app, and your journey begins!
